Payment

Payment is by prepayment, invoice, paypal or credit card. If you need your table linen on time for a celebration, please let us know so that the delivery works as desired. Please indicate your order number as your intended use when making your transfer.

Shipping

For orders under EUR 100.00 net, we charge a flat rate of EUR 3.95 for insured shipping via DHL parcel service.

For orders of EUR 100.00 or more, we offer free shipping within Germany.

EU countries:

EUR 16.00 for international shipping with DHL.

Switzerland/Liechtenstein:

EUR 24.95 for shipping to Switzerland/Liechtenstein. For orders to Switzerland/Liechtenstein, the VAT included in our prices will be deducted. A customs declaration will be attached to the package. Customs duties, import taxes, etc., are to be borne by the customer. 

Delivery Time

The current delivery time for the desired products is 3-5 business days within Germany. Delivery time to EU countries is 3-6 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking code for shipment tracking.

The displayed delivery times in our webshop are updated continuously and particularly as soon as we become aware of any changes. Nevertheless, it may occasionally happen that a product is temporarily out of stock due to interim sales. In such cases, we will inform you immediately of the expected delivery date or offer you an alternative product if available. Furthermore, should we need to make partial deliveries, these will, of course, be free of charge for you.
